Ten of the Best showcases the ten most significant Australian health and medical research projects chosen from the thousands of Australian NHMRC funded medical research projects currently underway.
Prof Ben Marais is a head of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Tuberculosis, co-director of The Marie Bashir Institute for Infectious Diseases and Biosecurity, and leads a team of TB-CRE researchers and affiliates in the $4.25m MRFF Global Health Initiative PEARL (Pathway to the Elimination of Antibiotic-Resistant Tuberculosis in the Pacific).
