About
Dr Andrew Burke is a dual infectious disease and respiratory medicine specialist at The Prince Charles Hospital in Brisbane. His research interests include pharmacokinetics and drug dosing of mycobacterial drugs in tuberculosis and non-tuberculous mycobacterial infection, and he is affiliated with the University of Queensland Centre for Clinical Research. He has worked in TB programs in overseas settings and Australia and is on the World Health Organisation Technical Advisory Group for TB Drug Dosing. He is the current chair of the Australian Clinical Tuberculosis network (ACTnet).
