Professor Nguyen Thu Anh is an epidemiologist and social scientist, specializes in infectious diseases, healthcare behavior, and health policy. She is the Executive Director of the University of Sydney Vietnam Institute and a Professor of Global Health at the University of Sydney. She serves on The Lancet Regional Health – Western Pacific advisory board and as a scientific editor for PLOS Global Public Health. She has worked with a range of organisations and departments to advance public health related programs, including advising the Government of Vietnam on the country’s public health response to COVID-19.
